Privacy Policy
What clueffy.pro keeps, what the embedded games can see, and the choices you have over both.
Last updated: 2026-10-30
The short version
- Playing needs no account, and we never ask for your name or email to open a game.
- The games themselves run on their makers' own sites, inside a frame on our page. Their scores and streaks are stored in your browser by them, not by us.
- We keep our own footprint small: a language choice, a theme choice and your cookie answer.
- We do not sell personal information, and we do not pass it to anyone for cross-context advertising.
- The only outside services that can see anything are the analytics and advertising tools described below, and only where they are switched on and you have agreed to them.
The rest of this page explains those points in the detail the law expects.
Who we are
Clueffy Game is an independent fan site at clueffy.pro. It collects the games from Clueffy's videos in one place — Clueffy Game, STRANDED, Eraly, Eraly Unlimited, Krillion, Noillirk, Cosmillion, Hopdown and Anthropeum — and gives each one a page with a short guide and a window to play in.
We are not the maker of those games and we are not affiliated with Clueffy or with the studios behind them. This policy covers every page on this domain: the game pages, the home page, the blog and the guest post page.
The games run on someone else's site
This is the part that matters most, and it is unusual enough to state plainly.
When you press play, the game does not load from clueffy.pro. A window on our page opens the game from its own address — clueffy.games, stranded.run, eraly.io, eraly.cc, krillion.cc, noillirk.today, cosmillion.com, hopdown.io or anthropeum.com — and from that moment the game is the publisher's software running in your browser.
What follows from that:
- Their storage, not ours. Scores, streaks, best runs, sound settings and any other game state are written to your browser by the game's own site. We cannot read them, back them up or restore them.
- Their cookies, not ours. An embedded game may set its own cookies or local storage, and its own privacy policy governs what it does with them.
- Your request reaches them. Loading a game sends your IP address, browser details and the page you came from to that publisher's server, exactly as if you had opened their site directly.
- Their rules, not ours. Each game has its own terms of use and its own age guidance.
If you would rather not load a third-party frame at all, simply do not press play. Everything else on the page — the guide, the scoring explanation, the FAQ — works without it.
What stays in your browser
Our own pages store almost nothing, and none of it identifies you:
- the language you last read the site in;
- whether you prefer the light or dark surface, where that option exists;
- your answer to the cookie banner, so it does not reappear on every visit.
Clearing this site's data removes all three. It does not remove anything an embedded game stored, because that data belongs to the game's own domain — clear that site's data separately if you want it gone.
Information you give us
There are only two ways to send us something directly:
- Email. If you write to us, we receive your address, your message and anything you attach. We keep it only as long as needed to answer and to keep a record of the request.
- Guest posts. If you pitch an article for the blog, we receive your name or handle, your email, any links you include and the draft itself. Published posts show the byline you gave us; drafts we decline are deleted.
We do not ask for an account, a phone number, a birth date or payment details. Every game linked here is free to play and no checkout exists on this site.
Information collected when a page loads
Like any website, our host records standard request data for pages served from clueffy.pro: IP address, browser and operating system, the page requested, the referring page and a timestamp. We use it to keep the site online, block abuse and understand roughly how much traffic we serve. It is not used to build a profile of you, and it is not joined to anything a game collected.
Cookies and local storage
- Consent cookie. Where cookie consent is required, your choice is stored in a cookie so the banner does not reappear on every visit. Clear this site's cookies and storage to change your answer; the banner will ask again.
- Preference storage. Language and theme, as described above. Local storage, not a tracking cookie.
- Analytics and advertising cookies. Set only when those features are enabled and, where the law requires it, only after you accept. Declining leaves every page readable and every game playable.
- Cookies set by a game. These belong to the game's own domain and appear only after you press play. We cannot read them and cannot switch them off for you.
Analytics
When analytics is enabled we use Google Analytics 4 and/or Plausible. Both report aggregate figures such as page views, session length, approximate country and device type, and the page you arrived from. Plausible is cookieless and does not attempt to identify individuals. Google Analytics may set cookies and receive your IP address, which is truncated for location purposes inside the EU. We do not enable advertising features in Google Analytics, and we do not combine analytics data with anything else to identify you.
Advertising
If ads are enabled on the site, they are served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies or device identifiers to select and measure ads, including personalised ads where you have consented. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, personalised advertising is off until you agree. You can review or reset what Google knows about you at adssettings.google.com, and read how Google uses data from partner sites at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Where ads are disabled, this site sets no advertising cookies at all.
How we use information
We use the limited data described above to:
- serve pages and keep the site available and secure;
- understand which game pages are read, in aggregate;
- answer messages and review guest post pitches;
- detect automated abuse, scraping and attacks;
- meet legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
We do not use your information to make automated decisions about you, and we do not run profiling for marketing.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers that run the site for us — hosting, analytics and, where enabled, advertising — under contracts that limit them to our instructions.
- Authorities, where a valid legal request requires it, or where we must protect someone's safety.
- A successor, if the project is transferred, in which case this policy continues to apply until it is replaced.
We do not pass anything to the publishers of the games. They collect from you directly when a game loads, under their own policies.
Retention
Preference data stays on your device until you clear it. Server logs and emails are kept only as long as needed for the purpose they were collected for, then deleted or aggregated. Analytics data is retained on the provider's standard schedule and is not kept indefinitely by us.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict or delete the personal information we hold, to object to processing, and to complain to your local data protection authority. Because we hold so little, most requests concern an email you sent us or a guest post draft.
To exercise any of these rights, write to the address in the Contact section. We answer within 30 days and will ask for enough detail to find your records — never for a password or an ID document unless the law requires it.
Data a game stored in your browser is under your control, not ours: clearing that site's data deletes it immediately.
Children
The site is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13. Individual games may set their own age guidance, and we link to them rather than override them. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, write to us and we will delete it.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, access to server configuration is restricted, and we keep the software patched. No website can promise perfect security, and we would rather say so than pretend otherwise. If a breach ever affects your information, we will notify you and the relevant authority as required.
Changes to this policy
If the way we handle data changes — for example if accounts or payments are added — we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be announced on the site before they take effect. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
Contact
Questions, requests or complaints about privacy go to hello@clueffy.pro. This is also the address to use if you want a guest post draft deleted or a published byline corrected, or if you want a game page removed from this site.
