Agreement

These terms are the agreement between you and Clueffy Game, the site at clueffy.pro, for use of this website. By opening the site or pressing play on a game, you accept them. If you do not accept them, the site is still yours to leave — just close the tab.

What the service is

Clueffy Game is a free fan site that collects the games from Clueffy's videos in one place. For each game we publish a page with a short guide, the scoring rules and a window to play in. There is no install, no download and no purchase anywhere on this site.

The games load from their own addresses inside that window. We do not host them, we do not modify them, and we cannot fix them: the game you see is the publisher's build, running from the publisher's server.

The games belong to their makers

Clueffy Game, STRANDED, Eraly, Eraly Unlimited, Krillion, Noillirk, Cosmillion, Hopdown and Anthropeum are the work of their own teams. Their names, artwork, code and rules belong to them.

We are an independent fan site. We are not affiliated with Clueffy or with any of those teams, we do not speak for them, and a page here is not an endorsement by them or of them. If a publisher asks us to remove their game, we will remove it.

Each game carries its own terms and its own age guidance. Once a game loads, those terms apply to how you play it, and your relationship is with its publisher.

Playing without an account

No account is needed to read a page or play a game. We do not run a leaderboard, a profile, a streak of our own or a score history. Anything that looks like progress is stored by the game's own site, in your browser.

That cuts both ways: clearing your browser's site data, switching browsers or playing in a private window will lose that progress, and we cannot recover it because we never had it.

Fair play

Playing well is the point, so a few things are off limits:

• Using scripts, bots, solvers or any automation to answer prompts in a game;
• Reading answers from page source, network requests or a scraped dataset instead of playing;
• Deliberately hammering this site, probing for endpoints, or interfering with anyone else's access;
• Republishing a game's current daily set, or its answers, as your own puzzle before the day is over.

Those rules sit alongside each game's own rules, not instead of them. We may block access to this site where we see abuse of it.

Availability and embedded frames

The site is offered as it is and when it is available. A game window may stay empty or fail to load — because the publisher is down, because their server refuses the frame, because a network blocks it, or because the game changed its address. That is not a fault in our pages and not a breach of these terms.

We may add, change, reorder or retire a game page at any time, including when a game shuts down. We aim to keep the guides accurate, but a game's rules can change without notice and the publisher's own description always wins over ours.

Your submissions

If you send us a guest post, a correction, an image or any other material, you keep ownership of it. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to edit, publish, promote and archive it on this site, for as long as we keep it online. You confirm the material is yours to send, that it does not infringe anyone else's rights, and that it is not spam or disguised advertising.

We may decline, edit or remove a submission at any time. Published posts may carry the byline you supplied, and we will correct or remove a byline on request.

Our content

The page copy, guides, layout, illustrations and code of this site belong to us and are protected by copyright. You may read the pages, link to them, quote a short passage with attribution, and share screenshots of your own results.

You may not copy the guides wholesale, republish them as your own site, resell them, or scrape the pages to train a model. Game titles and game artwork remain the property of their publishers and are used here to identify the games being described.

Advertising and third-party links

Some pages may show advertising, and every game page links to a site we do not control. Ads and links are not endorsements. Once a game loads, or once you follow a link off this site, the destination's own terms and privacy policy apply.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that a game will load, that a guide matches the current version of a game, or that any score you see was recorded correctly.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for lost data, lost progress, lost profits or lost opportunity arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site or any game it links to. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us, which is zero.

Ending access

You may stop using the site at any time; clearing site data removes what was stored locally. We may suspend or block access if these terms are broken, if the site is attacked, or if we retire the service. Sections on content ownership, disclaimers and liability survive the end of this agreement.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms as the site changes. The date at the top of this page shows the current version, and material changes will be announced on the site before they take effect. If you keep using the site after a revision, the revised terms apply.
